Terms of service

By using scoremymatch.com (“the Service”) you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you use it for a club or organisation, you agree on its behalf too.

Score My Match lets you keep a live score for a local cricket or football match and share it as a link. Scoring and sharing is free and needs no account. Signing in is optional, and lets you save matches and run club, team and series pages. Some features are part of paid plans and passes.

Keep your account and your scoring passwords safe. Anybody with a match’s scoring password can change that match, so share it only with the people scoring. We may not be able to recover a lost password.

What you add, such as team names, player names and photos, stays yours. You allow us to store it and show it on the Service, including in share images and videos made from it.

You confirm you have the right to add it, and that the people named or pictured are happy for it to be published. For anybody under 18, that means a parent or guardian has agreed.

Please do not:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful.
• Add anything defamatory, harassing or hateful, including in names and captions.
• Publish somebody’s name or photo against their wishes.
• Pretend to represent a club, team or organiser you do not.
• Copy content in bulk, use automated tools, or try to access what is not yours.
• Disrupt or overload the Service.

We may remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend the account or page involved.

Match, club, team and series pages are public, and anybody with a link can view them. Some links let people send names or photos, or join a club. You are responsible for who you share them with, and you can close them at any time.

A match nobody saves is deleted 30 days after its last update. Saved matches and pages stay until they are removed. Please do not rely on the Service as your only record of a match you have not saved.

Prices and what each plan includes are on the Pro page. Club plans renew until cancelled, and a cancelled plan runs to the end of the period already paid for. When a plan ends, nothing you made is deleted. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Some pages show ads from third parties, or a sponsor’s name. We are not responsible for third-party ads.

The Service is provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free, or that scores entered by others are accurate. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data or incorrect scores.

We may change the Service or these terms. When we change the terms, we will update the date above. Continuing to use the Service means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are resolved in the courts of Navi Mumbai.
