Scoring several matches at once across pitches

Start each match from your phone and they all appear under Ongoing matches on your account page, each saying what it needs next, like Start the 2nd half. Tap a row to open that match’s scoring page, and a steady dot on the account button says something is still running.

One phone, several matches

Every match you start on a phone is remembered by that phone. Start a second one and the first keeps its score, its link and its place, so moving between them is a tap, not a search.

Ongoing matches

Find them again

  1. Start each match

Create each match as usual and send each group its own link.

  2. Open your account page

A steady dot on the account button at the top means something is still running. Tap it, and every unfinished match this phone started is listed under Ongoing matches.

  3. Read what each one needs

Each row says what that match is waiting for, like Start the 2nd half or how long it has been paused, and the ones waiting on you come first.

  4. Tap to score

A row opens that match's scoring page. Finished matches move back to your recent list by themselves.

Tip

A phone per pitch is easier. On a busy day, send each pitch its own scoring link and password, and let somebody at every pitch score.

It lives on your phone

Nothing to sign in to

The list is kept on your phone, so it works without an account. Removing a match from it forgets it on this phone only; the match and its link carry on.

Need to know

Questions people ask

About several matches at once.

Is there a limit on how many matches I can score?

No. Every unfinished match this phone started is listed, however many there are and however long they have been paused.

Do I need to sign in?

No. The list lives on your phone, so it works signed out.

Can I remove a match from the list?

Yes. Removing it forgets it on this phone and does nothing to the match itself.

Should one phone score several pitches?

It can, but a phone per pitch is easier. Send each scorer their match’s scoring link and password.
