What a series pass is, and how it differs from Pro
A series pass is bought by the organiser of one tournament or league, from its Settings tab, and turns on every paid feature for every match of that series started in its window: an event pass runs 14 days and a season pass 183, both from the first whistle after you buy. Pro is different: it is a plan on a club and covers the club, not one event.

Pro or pass
Pro is for a club. It is a plan, turned on from a club page, and it covers every match that club keeps or schedules, season after season.
A pass is for an event. It is bought for one thing and covers that thing: a match pass for one match, a series pass for one tournament or league. You do not need a club to buy one. On a series page every padlock says Pass, because a pass is what the organiser can buy there.
What a series pass turns on
Every paid feature, on every match of the series started in the pass's window:
- A header photo and a logo on the series page and its match pages.
- Sponsors, named on the series page and every match page.
- The stream overlay, so a tournament day can be one broadcast.
- No ads on the series' pages.
- Editing and memories on its matches.
Running the series, scoring its matches, sharing them and keeping the series stay free with or without a pass.
How the window works
A pass is a span of days, never a count of matches. An event pass runs for 14 days and a season pass for 183, both from the first whistle after you buy, so buying a week early costs you nothing.
A match started inside the window keeps everything the pass gave it for good, even after the window closes. An event pass can be upgraded to a season for the difference, and the window keeps the start it already had.
Why it works this way
Why days and not matches? A count would make every game a decision about whether it is worth one. A window lets a busy tournament day run as many games as it needs.
When you do not need one
A series hosted by a club on Pro Plus is covered by that club's plan for as long as it pays, so the organiser of a recurring league usually wants the club, not a pass every season. Hosting is set on the series' Settings tab by somebody who manages both.
Prices are on the Pro page, in your own currency.
Questions people ask
About series pass.
Is a pass the same as Pro?
No. Pro is a plan on a club, turned on from its club page, and covers every match that club keeps. A pass is for one event: a series pass covers one series, and a match pass covers one match.
When does the window start?
At the first whistle after you buy, not when you pay. Buying a week before the event costs you none of it.
What happens to a match when the window ends?
A match started inside the window keeps everything the pass gave it. Matches started after it are not covered.
Can I go from an event pass to a season pass?
Yes, for the difference in price, and the window keeps the start it already had.
Do viewers need a pass?
Never. A pass changes what the series pages show, not who may look at them.
