From your phone to the group
Make your match
Open Create match, choose football or cricket and add the two team names. No account or roster needed.
Send one link
On the Score tab, tap Send on WhatsApp in the share card. Pick your group and send the prepared message.
Keep scoring
Every goal or ball updates the page your group opened. The WhatsApp message itself stays the same: nobody needs a fresh link or a refresh.
Share the finish
At full time, make a Result card for your Status or Make a reel from the match's key moments.
Away from the Score tab? Tap the match code in the top bar for the same sharing options, including copy link and QR.
One link, two different jobs
The group opens the viewer page. It shows the score, match summary and goals or overs, with no installation or account. If the connection drops, the page says so and reconnects.
Why it works this way
Why can't the group change the score? The viewer link is read-only. Scoring needs a separate link and password, so forwarding the viewer link never gives anyone control of your match.
To hand over scoring, open Settings and send the scoring link and password separately to your next scorer. Everyone watching keeps the same viewer link.
Before kickoff and after full time
Use Fixture card before the game, or a result card afterwards, wherever a picture works better than a link. If you play again straight away, the finished match points to the next one.
A match link lasts 30 days after its last update. Sign in at full time and keep the match to keep that same link working for good.
Questions people ask
About share a live score on whatsapp.
Do people in the group need to install anything?
No. The link opens in the browser WhatsApp already uses. There is no app to install and no account to make, for the scorer or for anyone watching.
Can someone in the group change the score?
No. The link you share is read-only. Scoring happens on a separate page that needs a password, and that link is only ever sent on purpose.
Does the score update on its own?
Yes. An open page updates within a moment of each tap, without anyone refreshing. If the connection drops it says so and reconnects on its own.
How long does the link keep working?
Thirty days from the last update. Sign in at full time and keep the match, and the same link keeps working for good.
What about Instagram or a WhatsApp Status?
A link on its own goes nowhere there, so the share card also makes a picture of the fixture or the result, and a short reel of the match.
